About Your Coach
Thato is an HR professional and Leadership Coach offering solid credentials, coupled with experience in Executive and Business Coaching, Organizational Transformation, Talent Management, Team Effectiveness, Training, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning as well as leading and maximising performance of individuals. In the past six years, Thato has worked for a wide range of companies where she provided human capital business partnering support to a wide range of clients from newly appointed Senior Managers to top company executives wanting to optimise their leadership capabilities and reach their highest potential on a personal and work aspect. In each case, she uses her inspiring and personal style to instil confidence and inspire growth in every individual.
Thato holds a BCOM Honours qualification in Industrial Psychology and is studying towards a Masters in Executive and Business Coaching qualification through Wits Business School.
